Why Listen to Seen and Green?

I am not a nutritionist. I am not a doctor. Most importantly, I am not YOU! At the end of the day, your diet is your business. It’s important to listen to your body and consume things that make you feel good and energized.

Having said that… I was raised on junk food and used to think it was normal to get sick every winter. When I hit my mid-twenties, my metabolism changed, and I started gaining weight.

I saw an old classmate on Facebook and couldn’t believe it. “Jed has abs now?” I was shocked. He used to be chubby, whereas I had always been thin. Our roles had reversed!

I messaged him and asked him how he lost so much weight. His advice changed my life. Not only did I get my slim figure back, but my health improved significantly! These days it’s rare that I get sick, and at 39 years old, I have more energy than I did in my 20s!

Jed basically said to eat real food and cut out all of the junk, as I listed in the bullet points above. For me, that doesn’t mean keto and it doesn’t mean no sugar. It just means less sugar.

Again, your diet is your business. Listen to your body, and trust what it is telling you. But, I think you’ll find some food and drink recipes here that you will fall in love with!
