It is extremely difficult to live a peaceful and fulfilling life without prioritizing your health and wellness. You only get one body! That means one liver, one heart, one brain, one life! OK, so organ transplants are a thing, but you know what I mean. Treat your body and mind as if they were sacred, because they are.
Seen and Green approaches wellness holistically, because your mind and body are not separate from each other, meaning your physical health directly correlates with your mental wellness.

Seen and Green is here to help connect you to the plethora of resources you may not know about. I am not a doctor, a nutritionist, or a psychiatrist. However, I only use legitimate resources when writing articles. A large portion of the data I cite comes directly from scientific articles found at the National Library of Medicine, but that doesn’t mean I promote prescription drugs! Prescription drugs have their place, and I’m not against them. But, I tend to lean toward natural remedies for physical and mental health whenever possible.
