Strawberry Creamsicle Drink Ingredients
If you want to make the best strawberry creamsicle drink, you’ve got to use the best ingredients! For optimal health and flavor, use organic or non-GMO ingredients when possible.
Mix the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until stiff peaks form. (I used my little Ninja mixer.) If overmixed, the cream will look lumpy. To fix it, simply add a little more cream and stir it in by hand.
Put the whipped cream in an icing bag and set it aside. (You don’t have to have an icing bag. It just makes the cream look more decorative.)
In a large mixing bowl, add the kombucha, beet juice, and agave nectar. Gently stir or whisk until the agave nectar is fully incorporated.
Pour even amounts of the drink into two separate glasses.
Top each glass with whipped cream and garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.
